While mastering Yoga and Meditation can take years, in this workshop you will learn the techniques and sequence to establish your life long practice and be on your way to master your body and mind and enjoy its well known benefits whether you choose to continue practicing Yoga on your own or take further Yoga classes

I teach Yoga and Meditation to individuals and groups from the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition which is the most effective and traditional system of Yoga honoring Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and following closely the teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the techniques described in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika,

During this workshop you will learn breathing techniques (Pranayama), concentration (Dharana) and the basic postures (Asana), seals (Bandhas), and Meditation technique (Dhyana) that are the foundation of a complete and effective Yoga practice

This workshop is taught over a weekend
